Privacy Policy

The controller for your data is S&C Holding GmbH, Halbgasse 1a, 1070 Vienna, Austria (brand: mokkapp). For any privacy request, email hello@mokkapp.app.

Account: when you sign in, our authentication provider stores your email and a user identifier so we can keep your projects with you. You can use the editor anonymously without an account.

Your projects & screenshots: the images you upload and the designs you build are stored so you can re-open and re-export them. They are private to your account and are not used to train any model.

Payments: if you buy export credits, payment is handled by our payment provider. We never see or store your card details — only a record that a purchase happened and how many credits it granted.

Usage analytics: we use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics to count page views and understand which features are used. It does not profile you across sites.

AI features: if you use an optional AI feature (e.g. headline suggestions), the text you send is forwarded to an AI provider to generate the result. It is not used to train their models on your behalf.

We work with a small set of EU-aware service providers acting on our behalf: authentication, database & file storage, payment processing, hosting/CDN, cookieless analytics, and AI providers for optional AI features. Each only processes what is needed to provide that part of the service, under a data-processing agreement.

Under the GDPR you can request access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of your personal data, and you can object to or restrict certain processing. You can delete your account and its data at any time, or email us and we’ll handle it. You may also lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority (Datenschutzbehörde).

We keep your projects for as long as your account is active. When you delete a project or your account, the associated screenshots and data are removed from our database and file storage.
