Terms of Service

mokkapp is a tool for turning app screenshots into store-ready graphics for the Apple App Store and Google Play. You can use it anonymously; an account lets you save projects and buy export credits.

You keep all rights to the screenshots and artwork you upload and to the graphics you export. You are responsible for having the rights to what you upload. You grant us only the limited permission needed to store, process and render your content so the service can work for you.

Don’t use mokkapp for unlawful content, to infringe others’ rights, or to attack or disrupt the service. We may suspend accounts that do.

Watermark-free exports are unlocked with credits. Purchased credits are tied to your account and unlock specific screenshots; re-exporting an unlocked screenshot is free. Prices and pack sizes are shown before purchase. Statutory withdrawal rights for consumers apply where required by law.

We work to keep mokkapp reliable but provide it “as is”, without warranty that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages to the extent permitted by law; nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms and will reflect the date below. Austrian law applies, with the courts of Vienna having jurisdiction where permitted. Questions? Email hello@mokkapp.app.
